We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Agent. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, catering to leasing various properties including shops, offices, warehouses, and labor camps.

Responsibilities:

  • - Identify potential tenants and actively promote available properties for lease.
  • - Conduct property viewings and highlight the unique features and benefits of each property to potential tenants.
  • - Negotiate lease terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements between property owners and tenants.
  • - Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and tenants throughout the leasing process.
  • - Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants.
  • - Stay updated on market trends and property values to accurately advise clients on leasing opportunities.
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.

Qualifications:

  • - Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing commercial properties.
  • - Strong understanding of the real estate market and leasing processes.
  • - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • - Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve leasing targets.
  • - A valid driving license and access to a car preferred.
  • - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent - Female - Off plan located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As an Off Plan - Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, and selling off-plan properties. You will act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, provide guidance assist clients in negotiating deals, and ensure the timely completion of transactions.

Qualifications
1. Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
2. Previous experience as a Female Real Estate Agent.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and regulations.
5. Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
6. A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

1. إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

2. خبرة سابقة كوسيط عقاري.

3. رخصة قيادة سارية في الامارات 

4. معرفة جيدة بسوق العقارات في دبي ولوائحه.

5. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة المهام المتعددة وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية.

6. قدرة ذاتية على التنظيم مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
